Our employees use high-quality, selected raw materials to produce our mostly unique, handcrafted products with a high level of expertise and putting their heart and soul into them. We believe that the soul of bread is identified with the soul of the baker. We say if “the baker is in a bad mood, his product doesn’t smile”. Our wheat, wholemeal wheat and rye breads are made with sourdough technology. Our beer and sourdough bread, which is unique in Hungary, is a favorite of our customers. We make nearly forty types of bread.
Our biggest pride is our homemade bread baked in ash, which won the title of “Hungarian Handicraft Excellent” in 2003, which we bake in a 1- 2-3 kg version in our traditional hungarian wood-fired beehive oven.
The lovers of delicacies and pastries can also find a wide selection, from cocoa swirls to Vienna sausages wrapped in dough. There are about 150 types of products on the counter.
The favorite „Kenesei nyújtott” is a pastry made of a thin flaky dough with a variety of fillings, such as cabbage, cherries, cottage cheese.These products are also self-developed.
